SHADY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES
Erica from Promax has a problem with lying.
They did and I immediately responded that I wanted to cancel the order. The next day they responded that they had already shipped it because Walmart didn't tell them what the problem was even though I could see in the email that Walmart wrote the description of issue: Cancel / Return / Replace Item. Since it hadn't shipped yet it should have been obvious that I didn't want the item, ESPECIALLY since I had responded to their email and told them that I wanted to cancel. Erica their customer service representative insisted that they couldn't cancel it because they didn't know what the problem was.
Maybe she could get a job with the White House Press Office? They are always looking for someone to lie for them in the face of evidence to the contrary.
