trying to return something. either you have to pay or you can call and no ones ever there to answer. what a scam!!! guess i should have read the other terrible reviews before i bought something. what a totally *** way to do business.

BEWARE of #ProMaxxCommerce in Walmart Marketplace

I ordered a set of SIX, 11-foot strands of Edison lights, two weeks ago, from this company through Walmart's online shopping site and only ONE of the SIX was delivered. I have called #ProMaxCommerce at 1.781.620.1602 for two days and all I get are recordings and no one will return my call to even listen to my complaint. 12.3.2019. BE CAREFUL shopping through Walmart anymore. Best to pass up these third party sellers altogether. If Walmart doesn't carry the item, surf the internet and find it elsewhere or something comparable. Even paying a bit more is better than the run-around and being ignored after they hyour money.

I placed an order through Walmart on July 20, 2019 for 1Durvet Epsom Salt Poultice Flowable Gel - 3401**** for 18.18 plus 8.98 in shipping. It took 11 days before it was supposedly delivered. I did not receive the item. Contacted Walmart and they said ProMax would contact me. I received an email on a Sunday afternoon stating my item was delivered. and "We often find that the package was: * Left in the mailbox * Left in a more secure location at the home (garage, back porch, etc) * Brought in by another member of the household * Left with a neighbor" We live in a rural place and the Post Office only delivers to a kiosk 1/2 mile away which I told them in my reply and that I did not receive the item. It has been over 24 hours, I have sent 3 more emails and have not gotten a reply.

Only received 2 pk. instead of 8 pkgs. of Mrs. Wages salsa mix

I purchased 2 orders of 4pk. 8.73 each total(8) of Mrs.wages create salsa mix. with 2 day delivery order #486197****099 I just received 2 packages not 8 as ordered. I just went to walmart and one pk is 2.73 two pk. is 4.69 and 4pk. is 8.73 I paid over 15.00 for 2 pkgs. instead of the 8 pkgs. I ordered...also has taken 2wks. to get instead of 2 day delivery. please help resolve this issue, James Allan

Erica from Promax has a problem with lying.

Placed an order via Walmart and immediately tried to cancel. Had to chat with Walmart Rep who told me Promax would contact me within 24 hours.

They did and I immediately responded that I wanted to cancel the order. The next day they responded that they had already shipped it because Walmart didn't tell them what the problem was even though I could see in the email that Walmart wrote the description of issue: Cancel / Return / Replace Item. Since it hadn't shipped yet it should have been obvious that I didn't want the item, ESPECIALLY since I had responded to their email and told them that I wanted to cancel. Erica their customer service representative insisted that they couldn't cancel it because they didn't know what the problem was.

Maybe she could get a job with the White House Press Office? They are always looking for someone to lie for them in the face of evidence to the contrary.
