Dissatisfied with weed killer ordered through Walmart online
Good Morning,
I ordered ProMax Eco Grass & Weed Killer 24 oz. on May 17, 2023, thorough Walmart online.
Despite sincere efforts, I have found this product to be ineffective. It doesn't kill weeds, period. Mine were not deep rooted weeds and if this product was any good, I'd have seen results within 24 or 48 hours.
I am requesting a refund of what I paid for this product, $22-ish. Since Walmart directions included contracting the vendor directly, that is what I'm doing.
I will happily return the bottle to you, with or without what's left of the product.
This is not a frivolous claim from someone with nothing better to do. I was seeking a non-toxic weed killer to use around walkways, paving stones, etc., but I may as well have dumped water on the weeds since they are alive and well.
Please respond with my refund.
